Death is Inevitable

This is one of the things I wrote on the Facebook Page Nusaybah’s Musings  while the blog was inactive .
Enjoy πŸ™‚

Inna Lilah wa Inna ilahi Raji’oon – To Him We Belong & To Him We shall Return πŸ‘Œ.

So many people have been dying.
This is a very sad thing for us humans but it’s the reality of life.
We all have our expiry dates written down, only Allah knows when.
Ibn Umar (Radiya Allahu β€˜anhuma) used to say, β€œIn the evening do not expect [to live until] the morning, and in the morning do not expect [to live until] the evening. Take [advantage of] your health before times of sickness, and [take advantage of] your life before your death.”
Want to wear the hijab? Start today.
Want to worship Allah more? Start today.
Want to read the Quran and implement it in your life? Start today.
Want to be successful in the akhirah ? Start today.
Whatever it might be, start today, because Tomorrow might be too late.
And my best friend gave a short advice to someone which we all should heed, “Do not let death slap you to reality ” (it will be too late then)
Few words that deserve to be pondered on.
Assalamu alaikum 😊
